各病房及門診等的排水由排水管網匯入化糞池,經過化糞池處理再進入后續水處理構筑物。放射科室排放水中有微量放射性物質,需要先流入衰變池將放射物質衰變后排入格柵井。化糞池出水首先經格柵去除較大的懸浮物和漂浮物后自流進入調節池,調節池底部設有布氣管,用于攪拌和預曝氣。經調節池均化水質、調節水量后,污水由提升泵提升進入酸化水解池,在酸化水解內,可使污水均質及與沉淀池的回流污泥充分混合,回流活性污泥吸附污水中的有機物,具有將高分子有機物分解成小分子易生化有機物,能更有效地去除污染物;同時在調節池內設置消化區,在消化區內執行NH3-N的硝化和反硝化,可以有效降低水中的NH3-N。污水自流入生物接觸氧化池,進行COD、BODs的降解。生物接觸氧化池出水中含有一定量老化脫落的生物膜,這些含有生物膜的污水流入沉淀池,經沉淀后清水流入消毒池,消毒脫氯后達標排放。沉淀池污泥部分回流到酸化水解調節池,多余污泥排到污泥池濃縮,采用固液分離機脫水后,定期清理打包外運。污泥中脫出的污水回流至調節池重新處理。
