噴涂廢水主要來自于預脫脂、脫脂、表調、磷化、鈍化等車身前處理工序;陰極電泳工序和中涂、噴面漆工序,汽車涂裝廢水中含有樹脂、表面活性劑、重金屬離子、顏料等污染物,特別是其中的電泳廢水、噴漆廢水成份復雜,濃度高,可生化性差。噴涂廢水處理主要采用分質處理、混凝沉淀、混凝氣浮、砂濾等工藝對噴涂廢水進行處理。
噴涂廢水處理的特征:①噴涂廢水處理種類多,水質因使用的材料而異,僅脫脂液就有多種配方、涂料種類則更多。②排放無規律,除部分水洗水連續溢流排放外,噴涂線廢水或廢液多為間歇集中排放。③水質水量變化大,無規律可循。
噴涂廢水處理方法: (1)物理處理法。有分離法、過濾法、離心分離法等。(2)化學處理法。有中和法、凝聚法、氧化還原法等。
